Keaira Murrell :

I am an expert problem-solver. I spend countless hours weekly researching the evolving real estate platform to see how I can best serve your needs. By implementing fundamental training, I am able to help others overcome the dreaded challenges they face. I have excellent listening and communication skills. I believe that building strong relationships is the key to a substantial network of resources to get any job done. Apart from real estate, I enjoy being a nurse, and discovering new adventures with my toddler girl!

Nathalie:

I understand that selling and or buying a home is complex and deeply personal. There is also a lot at stake financially and personally. Knowing all this is what drives me to truly want  to be an expert at this job. I want to make sure you feel supported and have someone you can trust by your side.

A little about me;  I was born on a beautiful island called St Lucia, I am one of five kids and raised by the strongest woman I know. Moved to the US Virgin Islands at the age of 12. At 17 years old I joined the US army where I served for 8yrs. Shortly after getting out the military I became a Nurse. In my Spare time I enjoy spending time with my one and only son. He is my motivation and because of him I am the woman I am today.

Keaira and Nathalie began their real estate investing careers via Tresa Todd-Lugten’s Without Fear of Her Future Master Class. The comprehensive, all-inclusive, all-star training course captured their focus and directed their hearts toward helping people in a whole new way. With the specialized knowledge they needed to launch their real estate investing business boldly and confidently, Keaira and Nathalie are now closing deals and creating win-win situations over and over.

Finding value in an old, ugly house is much like recognizing the potential for health in a sickly, discouraged patient. Nathalie and Keaira have what it takes to nurse a house back to health and restoration. Inspired by their hope for financial freedom and generational weal building for their families, these two set out to change the lives of their communities through the acquisition and rehabilitation of unwanted properties.
